Brian Lara visited the Taj Mahal
Former West Indies cricket team captain Brian Lara visited the Taj Mahal on Monday. Before this, Brian Lara came to see the Taj Mahal for the first time in 1984, but then he was very young. The craze for the Taj Mahal brought him here again. These days Brian Lara is in the auction as the batting coach of the IPL team Sunrisers Hyderabad. He had come to Agra on Sunday evening, but due to the closure of the Taj Mahal at 6:00, he stayed here in the hotel. On Monday morning the guide arrived with Rizwan to see the Taj Mahal.
Brian belonged to a friend with Lara. He mentioned that he would soon come again with his family to see the Taj Mahal. He was stunned to see the Taj Mahal. Seeing the great West Indies batsman, fans started taking selfies with him. The security personnel stopped the fans.
Brian Lara did not write anything in the visitor’s book of the Archaeological Survey of India, because he was on an unofficial tour. He did not come as a guest of the government. This was his visit. That’s why nothing was written in the visitor’s book.
The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World which is considered as the most photogenic destinations of India. It is one of the most exquisite structures ever built by any emperor. It was constructed by the fifth Mughal emperor in the fond memory of his favorite wife Mumtaj Mahal. The Taj Mahal in terms of architecture, is one of the most symmetrical structures in the world, constructed using pure white marble and adorned with precious and semi precious stones. The construction started in 1631 and got completed in 1653 AD; 20,000 workers worked day and night together for 22 years.
